One to one boxing for fitness sessions, these have always been a favourite with my clients due to the positive effects it can have on the individual. With my outreach services, I bring the equipment to you. My sessions consist of bag and pad work and cardiovascular training such as skipping and running. These are all based on the ability of the individual and are tailored to those needs.
There is a huge need for parents, young ones and adults to get the support they deserve. I pride myself on trying to help, support and provide an all round inclusive service.
All my sessions can be run from your home or out in the community. I set tasks to promote independence such as going out to the shops, assisted employment or learning about budget setting all life skills that are vital to our development.
